Excellent for fatigue. I find this amazing for gym workouts - better than creatine; I can carry on through an hour workout without feeling 'drained' at any point. In terms of mental clarity I found this very helpful initially, but feel the effects have tapered over time though this could just be normalisation. I also have good mental clarity with it.

Increasing phyicial energy is pretty easy IMO... You know, just take drink some coffee or pop some No-Doze pills. But, what I like about this product is that my mind is much sharper. It's happier. I can focus more... but my heart isn't racing.

it's a good product because at my age (53), I can tell that my memory and reflexes aren't wat it use to be. That's fine, I accept that. Now, after 3 months of using More Energy pills - only 2 pills daily, I am much sharper. My wife says this to me all the time. I can read faster too.

The ingredients in your Energy product are well researched and designed. I am, in fact, a bit surprized that some of these great ingredients are found over the counter. We use to only be able to get these oversease or through LIfe Extention Foundation a few years back! Times are changing for the better ... well, at least for our nutritional health. The cognitive factors and improvements were realized within the very first week for myself. I was taking 2 capsules, daily as suggested.

I will experiment with 2 pills, 2x daily next month and see if there is an improvement. Also, I have much more vivid dreams - which can be very interesting in the morning. God Bless!

My wife and I get up and literally go for the coffee before we do anything else. And usually, my wife will get some extra for her work day (like at StarBucks or whatever). Well, the problem is that it adds up, gets expensive. Granted, she does it for the taste and I do it to just wake up because I'm more of a night owl, not a morning person. But this stuff is really good mainly because it's saving us a lot of money.

But one thing to watch out for, if you're a big time coffee drinker like we are (or were), you better SLOWLY get off the coffee and on to BBE. We did it cold turkey and Jesus, the headaches were so horrible. My wife really had it bad. Anyway, that's all I have to say. If you drink a lot of coffee, get off of that slowly and get on Natural Energy right away.

I'm glad I read the reviews, because I was a bit skeptical. Mainly because I didn't want some bogus product with silly B vitamins. But this product really does work and it works right away. The biggest thing I noticed is I get a lot more work done. I don't procrastinate. I just want to and feel like working more, giving more effort, etc. I don't feel so "blah" any more. Not sure how it works, but it's like an energy product AND happy pill in one. Me likes it! =)

The stuff works. I have bought their other products and they all do what they say they will do - THEY WORK! You just need to adjust the dosages to fit your genetics and stuff. Otherwise, all their products are great. BTW, I don't use this all the time - probably 3-4x a week. Definitely Monday mornings and a few other times when I need a good pick-me-up.

I work in a job that requires you to be on your game 100% of the time to make split second decisions and manage several groups of people. Body Brain Energy has helped me everyday to excel and push through difficult mental tasks.

I've been using Dr. Sam's More Natural Energy for a few years, it was one of my favorites. When I was told that the product was discontinued, I was really sad and let down. I swear to gawd that I can read faster when I take Body Brain Energy. And what I read actually sticks 100% of the time. I've tried other supplements like this in the past and none of them worked. Body-brain did something, I know that for sure. This and 1 tbs of fish oil get fed to my face every morning. Talk about a great combo.

I'm a software engineer and this product helps my brain remain effective all day. It even helps me to be motivated on working on more things around the house after a long day. I take just 2 pills in the morning with 2 servings of oatmeal and it gets me going. The more I work out and eat good the better it helps I notice. It also seems like being consistent on taking BBE is helpful as the first 2 or 3 days I didn't notice much.

I originally left a 3 star review because I didn't think the product did that much. If I wanted quick energy, I would just take caffeine - I love my coffee. However, I know all of the caffeine isn't good for me.

Anyway, I'm posting an update because the truth is that after 2 months of using it, I now have realized Body-brain Energy really does work. It's not a quick jolt, it's just smooth and long lasting the entire day. It takes about an hour or so to really kick in for me. However, I no longer have any mid-day crashes. I can keep going. I don't get tired, especially mentally. I feel like as if I slept great every night, even though I don't.

The point is that it does work, but you have to be patient. I really noticed it when I went on a trip and forgot to bring my bottle. Actually, I didn't forget, I just didn't want to bring more "stuff". And I'll tell you, when I got home and I started taking BBE again, THAT is when I really noticed and realized just how effective the stuff is.
