have used this product in the past. it's effects for me are like valium. adjust ur dosage, i take 3 at one time and major chill. good luck. Also have tried GABA, also very calming... but ProVanax just seems to have the right combination

First, thanks for taking the time to correspond with me. I really appreciate it. I have always only taken provanax one pill at a time, twice a day. It stopped working well about 3 or 4 months ago. It didn't completely stop, but the effects have diminished greatly. So much so, I decided to try a different product. I understand it probably is the fact that my body got used to it. My problem is since this is for anxiety....its hard to tell my mind that I need to give myself a break from this with out working myself up into a panic attack for not having it in my system before going somewhere or doing something with others.

However, I do have to admit, this other product is not near as good as yours. A few days ago my mother in law had a diabetic episode which I had to call 911 and I had in me the other product. Well, it wasn't doing a thing to calm me down, so I went right away and took one of yours and within 30 min. I was calm again. So I know it works. I guess I just have to get over the obstacle of giving myself a break from it so that it does continue to work when I do take it.

I've been using this for a month now. It really helps to keep my anxiety down, better than using Gaba alone.

This is a must have for me. I take it at night to calm my restless mind. I also take it any time I feel a bit stressed or if my mind is racing. Great product.

I was really having a terrible time and my Dr. had tried me on Lexapro which made me feel worse! After alot of research I found ProVanax and have been taking it for over a month and feel better than I have felt in a long long time.

Hello ... My name is Toni and I wanted to let everyone know that ProVanax is a hot product that works immediately. I am so impressed.

I recently came under some rather stressful situations within the workplace. Needless to say this was not my everyday stress level that I was dealing with. It became intense to the point that I had real anxiety every morning before I walked through the doors. My heart beat faster my face was tensed into a grimace and my mind was shot - my heart full of sadness & anger all at once and just feeling hateful.

Great product!!!! My husband worries about everything, and gets very anxious when things don't work out the way he plans them, since he started taking provanax, he seems to be more tolerant when things go wrong, he is not worried all the time anymore, he has a more positive outlook in life... He takes one pill every morning, sometimes he needs to take two, depending on what is going on that particular day... overall I believe provanax has helped my husband control his anxiety, and makes him feel more relax.

I've had an anxiety disorder for over 30 years. I've taken many Rxs' & supplements to help . Out of everything I've used, this is the best. It absolutely takes the edge off and helps me ride it out. If it is a more severe attack, by the 3rd. dose (2X@20mins), & added valerian & deep breathing, I can really feel some relief; not bursting out of my skin anymore :) It has enabled me to get off Xa·nex, etc for over a year now!! I've had anxiety for no reason for the past 10 years, probably combination of age and a horrific head injury 10 years past. Just wake up in the morning feeling anxious. I've tried single homeopathic remedies, flower essences, yoga, breathing, etc. and I have to say, this is the first time I have felt calm and relaxed, even when driving which is a real trigger for me. For those who don't see results, I suggest increasing the dose. Also, if you can, don't eat or drink anything (even water) for 15 minutes on either side of taking it. I've found this product to work surprisingly well. I'm going thru peri-menopause and my moods can go up and down, with occasional anxiety/nervousness or panicky feelings for no particular reason. I'll start with one or two pills, and if I still feel tense, I'll take the 2nd dose and on the rare occasion, a 3rd one. More often than not, by the time the first dose melts, I'm starting to feel mellow again. Definitely recommended!

This take the edge off your anxiety. Very subtle but extremely effective. It contains Gelsemium/valerian which is the homeopathic remedy of choice for public speaking/performing. Really great for social anxiety/ speaking in front of other people. Give it a go! It really works.

I'v tried a few other products, this has been the best so far. .

For whatever reason, I have always been scared to fly. After 9-11, my fear of flying got even worse. The anxiety would start almost the night before my trip and would get worse and worse as the day went on. I would usually need to take either a valium or Xanax to calm me down and reduce my anxiety. The problem with that is I would be kinda out of it for hours after the plane had landed. Anyway, I decided to give your ProVanax a try. I took 8 capsules 45 minutes before my flight. I also had one drink during the flight. We had a lay-over for about an hour, and I took 4 more capsules of ProVanax.

provanax starts helping from the first capsule- but the longer you take it, the more your nervous system will calm down- so do give it a little time. I had tried numerous herbs and supplements before I found this, and it is the only thing that worked for me. 

I am middle aged, and never had to deal with anxiety or panic attacks before. I take one or two when I get up, and again about mid-afternoon. My son-in-law takes it also, it helps him relax and keeps him more focused at school. But, at 1-2 pills, he's not tired or anything, so that's good.
